Use these guides to set up your workspace and complete your first real workflow in Klusaro.
Complete your workspace setup
Your workspace details are used throughout Klusaro, including on quotes and invoices.
- Open Settings.
- Under Company details, add your company name, email address and phone number.
- Under Address, add your street address, postal code, city and country.
- Under Regional defaults, confirm your timezone and currency.
- Save the settings.
The onboarding checklist will update automatically when the required details have been saved.
Add your first customer
Customers are the starting point for jobs, quotes and invoices.
- Open Contacts.
- Select New contact.
- Add the customer’s name or company name.
- Add the contact details you need, such as email, phone number and address.
- Save the contact.
You can use a real customer or create your own clearly labelled test contact while learning Klusaro.
Create your first job
Jobs keep the work, schedule, customer and assigned workers together.
- Open Jobs.
- Select New job.
- Choose the customer connected to the work.
- Add the job details, date and time.
- Assign a worker when relevant.
- Save the job.
Add a worker
Workers can be assigned to jobs and included in your scheduling workflow. This step is optional for Solo workspaces.
- Open Workers.
- Select New worker.
- Add the worker’s name and contact details.
- Configure any available role, status or scheduling details.
- Save the worker.
Create a quote or invoice
Create a quote before the work begins, or create an invoice when you are ready to bill the customer.
Create a quote
- Open Quotes.
- Select New quote.
- Choose the customer and, when relevant, the related job.
- Add the products or services, quantities, prices and tax.
- Review and save the quote.
Create an invoice
- Open Invoices.
- Select New invoice.
- Choose the customer and, when relevant, the related job.
- Add the invoice items, prices, tax and payment terms.
- Review and save the invoice.
Create a booking form or lead form
Public forms let potential customers contact you without entering Klusaro.
Booking form
Use a booking form when customers should be able to choose a service or available time.
- Open Booking Forms.
- Select New Booking Form.
- Name the form and configure the services you offer.
- Add workers, time slots and fields when relevant.
- Save the form and copy its public link or embed code.
Lead form
Use a lead form when customers should describe what they need before you schedule the work.
- Open Lead Forms.
- Select New Lead Form.
- Name the form and choose the pipeline used for new submissions.
- Add the fields customers should complete.
- Save the form and copy its public link or embed code.
